Amber Dicken, Marketing Another family story from the 1930s Dust Bowl Migration, Amber Dicken found her way back to Arkansas from Southern California. While here visiting relatives, Amber and her family made the decision to permanently enjoy Northwest Arkansas' beauty and the opportunity for a better life by moving to Pea Ridge in 2012. Putting her degree in Business and Management to work, Amber and her husband ran two businesses of their own in the past, so she understands the hard work, excitement, and worry that comes with entrepreneurship. Helping small business clients succeed is her passion and her compassion, sincerity and enthusiasm make her easy to talk to. Additionally, she brings a strong background in Advertising, managing Byrd & Massey CPA Firm's online presence and marketing projects. Dawn Cross, Membership Dawn Cross and her family have been residents of Bella Vista since 2004. Dawn and her husband have been married for 21 years and have 5 children; their 2 oldest sons are currently serving in the US Army. She is the owner of 'Dawn of a New Day' as an independent consultant with Monat. Dawn wants to help people enjoy beautiful, healthy lives through safer, naturally based products for hair and skin. She enjoys serving others by providing personalized service to solve all types of hair problems that in turn, help people feel and look their best. In addition to being mom and wife, she also homeschools her children and is a career Martial Artist with multiple Black Belts in two different styles. Before moving to Arkansas in 2001, Dawn had also recently resumed her career as a Licensed Sign Language Interpreter. Since starting her home-based business, Dawn has been networking in the NWA area and promoting the BVBA. Dawn feels energized by encouraging other business owners and helping them connect with each other. Dani Beeman, Business Fair/Special Events Dani Beeman, originally from Chicago and then West Des Moines, has lived in Bella Vista since 1994. She has been in advertising and marketing for over 20 years and prior to that was a travel agent and group tour guide. Dani is an advertising and marketing enthusiast who thrives on helping small businesses grow and succeed. As a huge sports enthusiast and TV junkie, she found her home at Fox24, KNWA and KXNW. ese TV stations and the digital services that they offer are incredibly affordable for all types and sizes of businesses and the results can be astonishing! Dani previously served on the board for the Bella Vista Business Association, however, it was so long ago, she can't remember the exact years. She is a weekend gardener and landscape warrior. While her sister and niece live in Ft. Lauderdale, brother and sister- in-law are in Kansas City, her dad, step-mom, little sister and nephew all live in Northwest Arkansas.
