Library Branches Host Film Festival in Honor of Black History Month Cumberland County Planning and Inspections seeks input from the public regarding the development of a land use plan for the Bethany area of northern Cumberland County. A public meeting was held Jan. 28 at East Regional Branch Library. Planning and Inspections is seeking ideas, concerns and future visions from community residents. A Citizens' Committee will be formed.
