weekends. And the restaurants."
Carrie Callahan, who is 37 and originally from Albany,
Georgia, is on the staff of the Fayetteville Veterans
Administration Medical Center as a visual impairment
services coordinator. She works with the legally blind and
severely visually impaired veterans.
"I feel good to help the veterans," she said.
"I love that Carrie does that," her husband said.

"I think progress and change is never as fast as one
would love. So there's that side," he said. "Is it as fast as we
thought it would be? I think, 'Yes.' It's going at about the
pace I thought. I think one of the next critical developments
is getting a greater body of residents down here. at's
actually being worked on. at's a priority for the Cool
Spring District, too."
