Hair, Nails, and Pedicure Services Whew!! We thought December was busy, January has been non- stop. We apologize for the some- times-long lines at the cash register. Our dedicated cashiers are doing their best to keep the line moving. We appreciate your patience and understanding. A reminder that we ask that donations be dropped off during open hours. If a special re- quest is needed, please give a call. Our donation carts are usually out front on the southwest corner of sidewalk, but on these cold morn- ings, we have been keeping them inside on porch for a little while. Our incredible volunteers are work- ing as fast as they can with sorting, cleaning and pricing treasures for our amazing customers. We thank the Town of Quartzsite for funding our adult and infant diaper program. Those needing assistance can be serviced once a month with a very simple applica- tion process. Our Medical Needs room has crutches, walkers, canes, potty chair, wheelchair, etc. that we loan out. We ask that you return items after two months so that others in need may use them, too. Thanks! We are planning a Read with a Friend event for February 8th. Par- ents with children please put this on your Saturday To Do calendar. De- tails to follow. Remember to follow and like us on Facebook, "Salvation Army Thrift Store Quartzsite." I do try and put our sales and event information on our page. Thanks for all the likes. I believe we are at 173 likes and followers. We have a beautiful quilt with USA map of 50 states that we are raffl ing to support our local QPD Explorers. Come purchase a chance on win- ning this colorful quilt donated by quilter Norma Ragsdale. Simple Rules of Life 1.IF you do not GO after what you want, you'll never have it. 2. If you do not ASK, the answer will always be NO. 3. If you do not step FORWARD, you will ALWAYS be in the same place. May the new year 2020 bring happiness and love to all. Be happy.
