S
igEp is a social fraternity. From "social,"
we derive, "society," and therefore, the
SigEp experience should give brothers the
opportunity to grow and thrive in multiple
aspects of society. Through the Balanced Man
Program, we seek to create that opportunity.
The Balanced Man Program has a foundation
that thrives in a culture of equal rights and
responsibilities, continuous development,
accountability, values-based actions, and
mentorship. From the moment someone accepts
an invitation to join SigEp, he is welcomed
as a full brother with the same expectations
as all members of our fraternity. Brothers
immediately engage in a growth model that
will last the duration of their time in college
with peers to hold them accountable, ritual rites
of passage to shape their moral compass, and
mentors to push them further than they could
have imagined.
To build a true sense of balance, we focus
growth in five areas within the Balanced Man
Program: SigEp development, intellectual
development, physical health and wellness
development, leadership development, and
professional development. With the added
pursuit and maintenance of a Sound Mind and
Sound Body, our members collectively strive to
become the best version of themselves.
You can read more about the Balanced Man
Program and other resources offered to members
