he holidays are upon us and CityView is here to celebrate!
is issue has a tale about turkey – in the form of hundreds of anksgiving dinners
with all the fixings, served with love to needy people. (You can help, if you're so moved.)
It has a feature about a feast – might you be interested in dining with Queen Elizabeth?
It has the details on cool homemade Christmas decorations.
And it lets you virtually visit numerous homes bedecked for the holidays - and learn how to tour others
in person this December.
You'll smile at Bill McFadyen's conversations with his beloved father-in-law. And you'll enjoy the Rev.
Robert M. Alves's discussion on keeping faith in a changing world.
e world is indeed always changing, including here at CityView. is is my final issue. I've been with
CityView for just over two years and am leaving to join Fayetteville Technical Community College as
the school's Executive Director for Marketing and Public Relations.
I am excited about the future. I have also greatly enjoyed my time at CityView. I'd like to thank our
readers, all of the subjects of our stories and photos and our advertisers. I'd especially like to thank
my CityView co-workers. ey're awesome people and a great team and you can count on them as
CityView heads into its next chapter.
I wish all of you the very best this holiday season and an early happy new year!
