OUR VISION S ince August 2017, alumnae leadership has evaluated the most cost-effective and reasonable path to accomplish our goal of Securing Sigma Psi's Legacy while providing a safe, up-to-date and welcoming home for our current and future chapter members. Several factors were considered during the planning process. Membership has reached over 85 women. The chapter cannot comfortably host meetings, formal dinners or events at the facility. Hosting formal recruitment in the facility is challenging because of constraints on common space. All of the sororities and most fraternities at NDSU have new facilities or are renovating or rebuilding their facilities. Remaining competitive on campus is vital to the continued success of the chapter. The purchase of the former Kappa Kappa Gamma/NDSU Foundation property, which is adjacent to the chapter facility, will allow for more green space and expanded square footage for a new house.
