basketball game and finished off the reunion
with a fabulous dinner and reception at a local
restaurant.
Brothers traveled from across the U.S. to
reconnect and relive some of the best times
of their lives. Brothers came from Missouri,
Kansas, California, Florida, Virginia, Texas,
Illinois, and Ohio to attend the event.
One of the event organizers, Joe James '82,
commented, "e weekend was so successful
due to almost 75% of our pledge class turning
out for the event. ere were some members
that had not seen each other since we le school.
It was so great seeing them and reconnecting.
Everywhere we went you could hear a roar of
stories and laughter. It was a great weekend that
I will never forget."

for 2020

he Zeta Phi Society will host a
reunion of all Zeta Phi Betas to
celebrate the 150th anniversary
of the founding of the Zeta Phi Society.
Plans are being made for an event in the
fall of 2020. e reunion will be held on
a football weekend. ere will be a Beta
pig roast and dance on Friday night,
then an all Beta tailgate on game day. We
hope to see you at this once-in-a-lifetime
gathering. More details to follow.
