"I thought, wouldn't it be pretty if it was just a flock of birds or butterflies?" she recalled. "en, as is my habit, I just went down the rabbit hole of the Internet." rough online searches, she found Oklahoma artist Christie Hackler, who has been interested in butterflies since 1996 when she and her son were briefly, magically, enveloped in a cloud of migrating monarchs. e butterfly installation on the wall of Davis and Wearden's home was created in consultation with Hackler. e artist came to Fayetteville and carefully placed each of the 105 butterflies on the wall. ree have since Would your family know what to do in the event of your death?
