Last month, Quartzsite Police Chief William Ponce and Lt. David Gray
completed the FBI-LEEDA ( Law Enforcement Executive Development
Association) Leadership Trilogy. Chief Ponce and Lt. Gray attended their
fi nal course in the trilogy in Sedona, Arizona. This program is a dynamic
and challenging program uniquely designed to prepare law enforcement
leaders as fi rst-line supervisors, command level positions and executive
level law enforcement leaders. The focus is to develop best practice strat-
egies and techniques and the emerging challenges facing law enforcement
in today's world. Congratulations to both Chief Ponce and Lt. Gray for
completing this prestigious program.
