CLASS CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY: •When dropping/cancelling a class you MUST contact the OLLI offi ce at least fi ve (5) days prior to the start of the class to receive a partial refund. •A cancellation fee of $15 or the cost of the class, whichever is less, will be taken from the refund. •NO refund will be processed if the registration is not cancelled at least fi ve days prior to the fi rst class session. Memberships are non-refundable. COURSE EVALUATIONS: Following the fi nal session of all courses participants will be sent an electronic evaluation form via email using Google Forms. Please complete these evaluations and provide honest and open feedback. The information collected on the evaluations is used by the instructors and curriculum committee to develop future courses. LOCATION POLICIES: Please pay very close attention to the location of your class. Uptown (UPT) Policies No food or beverage is allowed in the classrooms, including coff ee. Bottled water ONLY. Please be considerate of other classes in progress while in the hallways. Limited parking is available in the front of the building with additional parking in the back. Fayetteville Municipal Airport (Drake) Policies Please do NOT go into the pilot and fl ight lounging areas or outside the back of the building to view the planes. It is advisable to dress in layers due to fl uctuating temperatures at this location. You may bring your own beverage or snacks to class. Butterfi eld Trail Village (BTV) Policies Please park in spaces designated for guest and visitors. Do not park in spaces reserved for residents. E-MAIL NOTIFICATIONS: Please read your emails thoroughly!! It is important that we have your current contact information, especially your email address! OLLI communicates class reminders, updates, newsletters and other information via email. If you haven't been receiving our emails please contact us right away to ensure you aren't missing out on the latest OLLI news. PHOTOGRAPHS: OLLI reserves the right to take photographs or videos during the operation of all programs and events to use for promotional purposes. By registering for an OLLI program, participants agree to allow their images to be used in such photography. Participants who prefer that their images not be used are asked to contact the OLLI offi ce at (479) 575.4545 to make that request. OTHER POLICIES •We ask that OLLI members wear nametags to OLLI classes, social activities and special events. •When attending classes and events sign the roster sheet at each class and update contact information as needed.
