O S H E R L I F E L O N G L E A R N I N G I N S T I T U T E | 38 | F A L L 2 0 1 9 C O U R S E C ATA L O G CLASS CANCELLATION/ REFUND POLICY: When dropping/cancelling a class you MUST contact the OLLI office at least five (5) days prior to the start of the class to receive a partial refund. A cancellation fee of $15 or the cost of the class, whichever is less, will be taken from the refund. NO refund will be processed if the registration is not cancelled at least five days prior to the first class session. Payments made by credit card will be refunded back to the credit card account. Payments by cash or check will receive a refund check mailed to the home address within 4 weeks. Receipts will not be sent for refunds. *NOTE: You will receive a full refund if OLLI has to cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, instructor illness, etc.) Memberships are non-refundable.
