Why? Learn about each one, their principal characteristics, what they have in common, how they dif- fer, and why anyone might want to try one out. Many people fiercely defend their diet as the "right" way to eat. How should humans be eating? Ange- line Karigan-Winter, a Certified Health Coach, will discuss the notion that we are all biochemically individual beings with different dietary needs. How- ever, there are basic macronutrients that we all require, and every good diet should provide them! Addition- ally, all good diet adherents should focus on how to balance each meal to maintain stable blood sugar and to support gut health. Participants will be provided with handouts, samples, and coupons. Max enrollment is 20. Instead of becoming stressed from the in- tensifying energy and rapid changes occurring on the planet today, begin to access higher light energy and produce a conscious mode of living, implementing creativity and produc- tivity that is fast, exhilarating, and awesome. Participants will build at least two, 40 day habits, which can be practiced throughout life. Wear loose fitting clothing and comfortable sneakers.
