Chris and Amber stayed in the newly remodeled Stage Couch Motel, sttating it was the nicest place they've stayed on their trip. The newlyweds visited our historical cemetery, vending areas and dined at the Mountain Quail Cafe. While at the Cafe the couple met the town mayor-legend actor Buck Connors-played by Norm Simpson owner of the Cafe. With excitement the couple listened to the history of Quartzsite early days. They said it was just the wild west they were looking for. Amber shopped at the Cafe gift shop and found a couple souvenir t-shirts for purchase. She was surprised to fi nd the artist and Gift Shop Manager, Oney Budge, sitting right there. Chris and Amber joined Oney, artist Linda Klein, and Mayor Norm Simpson for photos at the "Wall," the mural painted in the back room of the cafe. It will be a nice addition to their memory book. The couple was married in Las Vegas, NV. They also visited Prescott, and headed to San Diego, CA. We would like to say congratulations to the couple and thank you for the opportunity to share your honeymoon time with you. We're honored to be a part of your memories.
