Austin Wood '51 N ow that our capital campaign has concluded, Mu of DKE will continue to ask our alumni base to support the Chapter with smaller one-time gifts or recurring donations. The needs of maintaining the Temple are continual and unending. Please consider joining the ranks of the brothers below and support our great Fraternity. Give online at www.mudke.org/donate. All gifts are tax deductible! Deepest thanks to the following brothers: IS DKE IN YOUR ESTATE PLANS? B y including Mu of DKE in the final disposition of your estate, you declare to your family and friends that you believe in and care about our mission. Your parting gift becomes a clear declaration of your values. Estate gifts are especially valuable to both the donor and the Fraternity, providing valuable tax benefits to the donor and much-needed support for the chapter. Estate gifts can be designated for a specific purpose or they can be unrestricted for use where needed most. Make us aware of your estate plans. A well-planned estate gift often influences others to "go and do likewise." For more information on planned giving, please contact Sean Devlin at sfitzmichaeld@msn.com. A tremendous thanks to late Brother Roger Kittinger '52, who bequeathed 25% of his estate to Mu of ΔKE. Roger's generous gift will enable our organization to provide scholarships, assist in funding our Temple restoration, and much more. We deeply appreciate his dedication to DKE. Roger passed away in late 2018. He lived in Seattle, Washington, and was a successful real estate developer. Mystic Circle A brother dead and brothers mourning Fill the heart with grief today, And the earnest grasp fraternal; Speaks, "a dear one passed away." Yes, no longer we shall greet thee In the halls of ΔKE, Yet thy name in sweet remembrance Graven on our hearts will be. We have parted, Brother, parted, As we trust, to meet again, In a full unbroken circle, Free from sorrow, grief and pain. E. Garrett Bewkes Jr. '48 passed away on Monday, January 7, 2019.
