home-rental platform. ey now use
both sites.
"I prefer Airbnb for listing," King
said. "It is very trendy right now and
has better name recognition." e
property's percentage of bookings has
increased since adding Airbnb, he said.

according to King, a local actor, artist
and property owner/manager, relates
to the old real estate mantra: location,

downtown and in step with its vibe is
