• Leases co-signed by parents.
• All lessees pay a $500 security deposit.
• eta Delta is a substance-free facility.
eta Delta is a strong, vibrant Chapter today at
OSU. As a leadership team, we are mindful that it
is important to reduce the debt on the new house
to ensure future financial stability. Yes, we are
operating well today, but there will inevitably be
hiccups along the way in the future. We may just
be "conservative Midwesterners," but as a leader-
ship team we believe the smart thing is to reduce
the debt burden. We hope you will agree and join
us in supporting the campaign to ensure a stable
financial base for the future.
