Box 442100 Lawrence, KS 66044-2100 Address Service Requested In 2018, Paul was named Significant Sig, following his father, Butch, who was awarded Significant Sig in 1991. is is the 10th Significant Sig award for Beta Rho. "When I joined Sigma Chi, I joined something bigger than myself. I became part of a brotherhood that sought to make better leaders and citizens of ev- ery member. roughout my life, I've always gravi- tated toward being part of something bigger." Paul has commanded at every echelon in the U.S. Army through the corps level. He has deployed and led Soldiers in combat six times, beginning with Desert Shield and Desert Storm, and continuing through the Global War on Terror. Most recently, Paul commanded the Combined Joint Task Force - Operation Inherent Resolve in 2017 and 2018 where he led the coalition of 74 nations with one mission – the defeat of ISIS. His sixty months of combat tours include two in Operation Iraqi Freedom, one in Op- eration Enduring Freedom, and two in Operation Inherent Resolve. Paul currently serves as the Commanding General of the ird Armored Corps – known as "America's Hammer!" and the "Phantom Corps" headquartered at Fort Hood, Texas. In this role he commands over 40% of the Army's combat power and more than 90,000 Soldiers spread across six states. He was re- cently confirmed for promotion to four star general and the next Commanding General of the Army's Training and Doctrine Command. Paul and his wife, Beth, have three children, Amanda and her husband Jake, Matthew and his wife Chris- tine, and Nate. ey have one grandson, Jack. In his spare time, Paul enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, hunting, and fishing. Significant Sig Lt. Gen. He then moved to White Sulphur Springs, Mont., where he also worked as a rancher tending to his cattle and land. He worked for 14 years in architecture, four years as an owner's rep for Whole Foods Market Construction, and has been a SW regional virtual design construc- tion manager for Flintco for the past 10 years. ey use 3D building information models to coordinate large commercial projects and im- plement drones and laser scan technology into their project workflow. Kevin and Sally adopted their son, Cash, from S.
