Loyet Lois "Tiny" H. Loyet, age 84, of Leb- anon, Ill., born January 24, 1933 in Belleville, died Wednesday, August 30, 2017 at Lebanon Care Center, Lebanon, Ill. Tiny was a member at St. Nicho- las Catholic Church, where she had participated in the former Ladies Club. She was a member of the Knights of Columbus Auxiliary and the St. Clair County Homemakers. After retirement, Tiny and her hus- band "Cease" travelled often and lived in Quartzsite, Ariz. for sev- eral years where she worked for the Quartzsite Chamber of Commerce. She enjoyed crafts, making plastic canvas, sewing, and home-canning, but mostly, she treasured her role as a mother and homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband Cecil "Cease" Loyet in 2009, her grandson A1C Zach- ary Cuddeback (KIA), her parents Alfred and Elvira, nee Grandcolas, Veigel; and her sisters Shirley Cle- ments, Jacquelyn Honer, and Car- ol Priola. Surviving are her children David (Carol) Loyet of Lebanon, Sandra (Mike) Daukus of Lexington, Ky., Geralyn (Greg) McKee of Festus, Mo., Mary Ann Bevirt of O'Fallon, Joan Qualls of Lebanon, Carol (Tom) Ruffner of Swansea, and Celia Loyet of Denver, Colo.; six- teen grandchildren, and ten great- grandchildren. Beth and her cousin, Red, decided to do a traveling busi- ness. (Red, passed away a few years ago). Beth made Quarzsite her sec- ond home. She made badges and more for Escapees Club, small clubs and other organizations. She had a passion for others and touched many lives. Her friends were her family. She loved to travel and cruise. Beth was preceded in death by her parents. William Warren Callow , Marjorie (Sherman), and sister Sue Callow. A Celebration of Life will be held on March 9th 1-3 PM at the LDS Church Building, 422 E.
