Box 3435, Alexandria, VA 22302, and not authorized by any candidate or candidate's committee. Contributions to the Fraternity and Sorority PAC are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes. Federal law requires the Fraternity and Sorority PAC to use its best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer for each individual whose contributions are $200 or more in a calendar year. Funds received in response to this solicitation will be subject to federal contribution limits and source prohibitions. Contributions are limited by law to $5,000 per year from any individual or PAC, and contributions from corporations, labor unions, federal contractors, and foreign nationals are prohibited. A fter the advocacy visits on Capitol Hill on Wednesday, April 10, 2019, there will be a reception from 5:30-7 p.m. and dinner from 7-9:30 p.m. benefiting the Fraternity and Sorority Political Action Committee at the Liaison Capitol Hill Hotel in Washington, D.C. The cost of the dinner is $750 per person. This event provides an opportunity to meet senators and r epresentatives in a congenial setting and is also an excellent venue for engaging in conversations with interfraternal friends. Student lobbyists will have spent the day in Congressional offices sharing what their organizations mean to them and the importance of key issues to fraternities and sororities. The students also gain valuable insights from their interactions at the reception and dinner. Attending this event is a superb way to thank them for their efforts.
