I think I had to book an appointment one month out but the service was superb. I had some ten year old Anderson sliding doors that had become difficult to operate. Their service person was excellent and the doors glide like new now. The charge was VERY reasonable considering the work involved (taking very heavy 8 foot doors down and planing the bottoms). They seem to be very busy which is a good sign. Highly recommended! Quick, get these guys in the Customer Service Hall of Fame.While trying to wrap-up various home improvement projects, Craig, Tapley & Co surpassed expectations every time. From lengthy phone calls & emails full of Q&A, answering endless questions while trying to do the work and producing top quality results, we couldn't be happier. After dealing with dozens of contractors, these guys were the first to refer some aspects of our work to another company to help us get a better price. Incredible. These guys are the real deal, extremely knowledgeable, experienced and highly efficient. I had a broken latch on an outside door. A pretty good handy man could do nothing and then a locksmith spent over an hour and failed to repair it. I was already down nearly $200 with the problem still unsolved. I called Home Doctor, sent a digital image to Craig and he suggested some options. I bought a new lock for $20 and Michael came out; immediately saw what the problem was; re-aligned the door, installed the lock and was done in less than an hour. He arrived at the scheduled time, answered all my questions and found things I didn't know were wrong. When they were done, the door was better than before the lock broke, the price was less than what the locksmith had charged.
