Greater Fayetteville Chamber is pleased to partner with Fayetteville
Technical Community College to present a special human resouce training
series. The three part series will be hosted on the third Wednesday of
Febrary, March and April in the the Chamber Board Room at 159 Maxwell
St.
The series will be presented by:
Brian Henderson, PhD, MBA
Department Chair – Business Administration/Human Resources
Management, Fayetteville Technical Community College
Brian brings hands-on HR expertise from many years of success in HR
leadership roles, including executive positions at Duke University &
Duke Health System; Ohio Health Systems; and at Waste Industries.
Brian was also a partner in a major national HR resource and consulting
firm. Currently, he chairs the HR Department in the Business Program
curriculum at FTCC and teaches as an adjunct at Campbell University and
other universities.
Kent Hill, MBA
Director, Center for Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Small Business,
Fayetteville Technical Community College
After working for The Coca-Cola Company and the Kellogg Company,
Kent and some partners launched an International consulting company.
During these 15 years, he was able to witness first-hand the best and
worst hiring and HR practices. He realized that every "business" problem
was, at its very heart, a "people" problem, and he obtained certifications
in several analytic systems, and developed new processes to help clients
"get the right people in the right seats".
