Paper Checks
You may continue to use your existing Wood County checks until May 31, 2019.
You may begin ordering your checks with your new account number on March 1, 2019.
Statements
You will receive a paper statement for the month of February, regardless of your
typical delivery preference, that will include Wood County account information up
to and including February 28, 2019. Your March statement will revert to your delivery
preference that you had at Wood County. January and February statements will
also be available online.
Debit Cards
Your new WV Central Visa debit card will be mailed to the address on record by
February 15, 2019. Your newly activated WV Central debit card will be functional
as of Friday morning, March 1, 2019.
Your Wood County debit card will no longer function as of March 1, 2019.
Debit cards for joint members will need to be ordered by you, or you may stop by our
1306 Murdoch Avenue office for an instant issue of your joint debit card. Please call us
at 304-485-4523 after March 1, 2019, if you would like to order a debit card for
a joint member.
