A MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT A Message from the President Hello and welcome! We are so pleased that you are now part of the West Virginia Central FCU family! We have had a wonderful time since the first of October getting to know our new members. We are excited that you are now a part of WV Central FCU, and I know you will be happy to see that the employees from Wood County Community FCU are now part of our team. On October 1, Wood County Community FCU (Wood County) and WV Central FCU (WV Central) became one, which has prepared us for a fantastic future. The combination of our two credit unions will position us to offer the financial services that you will need in our ever-changing world. Over the next few months, we will be working to migrate all account data to our data processing system. While we do that, we will continue sharing with you the products and services that we have to offer. I believe you will be very pleased with what we have available and our philosophy of world-class member service! As of March 1, 2019, all accounts will be completely converted to our data processing system. Please pay close attention to the rest of the merger information in this booklet as it will provide additional details that should answer many of your questions. If any questions remain unanswered, our staff is ready and willing to assist you in any way that we can. As your account moves to our system, you'll notice some changes and improvements, like access to new products at competitive rates, as well as convenient new technology options like our mobile app, bill payment, and text messaging, all of which will be delivered with exceptional member service. Please review the information contained in this booklet carefully. It provides a comprehensive guide to important milestones in the upcoming weeks.
