hen January arrives, you may not feel any different
than you did in December.
All the same, any change in date offers an
opportunity to change your mindset, your habits,
your plans, your goals and your future with the intention of making
things better. Healthy change is always possible at the dawn of a
new hour, a new day, a new week. But here we are at the outset of
a new year. It's an opportunity to think big about exploring ways
to live better, both within ourselves and in our dealings with the
outside world.
is month's issue offers insight and information about ways that
people in the Fayetteville area are pursuing better and healthier
lives for themselves and others. I hope you find food for thought
and plenty to enjoy as we set out on this brand-new year. Happy
2019! CityView has lots of good things in store!
