Over 60 and looking for
some fun and fitness for 2019?
Need a place to exercise and
work on those New Year's
resolutions? Come join the
Fayetteville Senior Activity
and Wellness Center for all
your health and wellness needs
in 2019. We are open 8-4:30

offer 24 instructor-led classes
each week.
Our range of classes includes Pilates, Yoga, Silver Sneakers, Use it or Lose It, Fun
to be Fit, B.A.S.E., DrumsAlive, Line Dancing, and more. If you are looking to lose
weight, improve your range of motion, build up stamina, and make new friends while
doing it, then we are the place for you.
We also have exercise equipment available Monday through Friday including
treadmills, recumbent bikes, an elliptical machine, and weight machines for every part
of the body.
Our friendly staff will be happy to show you what machine is best for you and show
you how to properly use it. And best of all – your membership here at the Fayetteville
Senior Activity and Wellness Center is free!
We have suggested donations for each of the services we provide and you pay what
you can.
If you have questions please call (479) 571-2920, or better yet stop by the center at
945 S. College on the east side of Walker Park in Fayetteville.
We'll help you keep those
fitness
resolutions!
