sPecial to nwa Democrat-Gazette Over 60 and looking for some fun and fitness for 2019? Need a place to exercise and work on those New Year's resolutions? Come join the Fayetteville Senior Activity and Wellness Center for all your health and wellness needs in 2019. We are open 8-4:30 Monday through Friday and offer 24 instructor-led classes each week. Our range of classes includes Pilates, Yoga, Silver Sneakers, Use it or Lose It, Fun to be Fit, B.A.S.E., DrumsAlive, Line Dancing, and more. If you are looking to lose weight, improve your range of motion, build up stamina, and make new friends while doing it, then we are the place for you. We also have exercise equipment available Monday through Friday including treadmills, recumbent bikes, an elliptical machine, and weight machines for every part of the body. Our friendly staff will be happy to show you what machine is best for you and show you how to properly use it. And best of all – your membership here at the Fayetteville Senior Activity and Wellness Center is free! We have suggested donations for each of the services we provide and you pay what you can.
