The entire fall semester has flown by. As I sit down to write this letter, I am thankful for having the opportunity to work alongside a dedicated group of alumni, industry leaders and Pennington & Co. to build out the new 20/20 Vision campaign. My background and professional career started in fundraising and I have worked extensively with the YMCA of Central Ohio. In addition, I have had the opportunity to work with and serve on the boards of organizations such as United Way, Livestrong, Peletonia, Buckeye Ranch, an Ethiopian Tewahdo Social Services. At the core of these organizations are a dedicated and engaged audience that cares about the "cause." All of you have lives, careers, friends and families that you spend your precious time with, and are the important things that matter to you. Phi Kappa Psi has helped in various ways to shape us into great sons, friends, boyfriends, fiancés, husbands, fathers, grandfathers, business partners, best men, godfathers and, of course, brothers. Those experiences would not have been possible without the guidance and support of our peers and mentors, whether it be through big brothers/sisters, members of our pledge classes, or the chapter at large. If you appreciate these experiences and the man Phi Kappa Psi has helped you become, then I ask you to consider contributing to the organization through 20/20 Vision – our sustaining annual campaign. Any gift, no matter the size, makes a difference in the lives of our undergraduate members, both present and future. Over the next few months, you will hear more about the impact of the great work and mission-driven strategies being accomplished at Texas Alpha. I strongly encourage you to read the newsletter articles, watch the e-mail videos, and visit the website regularly to see the strides we can make when everyone is engaged and participating. Amici, Matt Kifle, Executive Director
