JONATHAN PROFFITT
EDWARDJONES
As a member of the
local community and a
businessman Jonathan
Proffitt says it is important to
give something back.
That is why he spends a
considerable amount of his
time working closely with the
Greater Fayetteville Chamber
of Commerce as a Chamber
Ambassador. Proffitt says
that the Chamber represents
the single best focal point
whereby businesses work
together and receive the help
they need to thrive in today's complex business environment.
Chamber volunteers like Proffitt and other Ambassadors, help the
local business community thrive. They work to ensure Chamber
members are fully engaged and accessing all the benefits that go
along with being a member of the Greater Fayetteville Chamber.
Proffitt is an Edward Jones financial advisor who helps individual
investors focus on their financial goals and ways in which to
reach them.
He is s single father of three boys, and a veteran of the Army having
served at Fort Bragg. He is a graduate of Campbell University
with a Master's Degree in Trust and Wealth Management, and
he continues his service as a member of the United States Army
Reserves.
Amidst all of this, he still carves out time to work with local
community groups in addition to the chamber where he also
coordinates events for local businesspeople. Proffitt is an active
member of the Fayetteville Young Professionals and recently
joined "Steering Committee".
About The Ambassador Program
The Greater Fayetteville Chamber Ambassador program consists
of enthusiastic Chamber volunteers who are the official "public re-
lations" arm and welcoming committee of the Greater
Fayetteville Chamber. Ambassadors ensure that our member's
needs, questions and concerns are heard and addressed by the
Chamber. The Ambassador program is also designed to engage
and educate new and existing members.
If you are a member of the Chamber and want to be considered for
the Ambassador program, contact us at
(910) 433-6767 or email membership@faybiz.com.
