Washington Regional Senior Health Clinic offers a
multi-disciplinary team with specialized training in the
care of older adults. The team includes geriatricians,
advanced practice nurses, counselors, social workers,
geriatric neuropsychologists and a neurologist.
Because the clinic is devoted exclusively to the care
of patients age 65+, the team is uniquely sensitive the
needs of older adults. The team's mission is to promote
healthy aging by keeping older adults well, active and
independent for as long as possible.
In addition to its location at 12 E. Appleby Road,
on the Washington Regional Medical Center campus
in Fayetteville, the Senior Health Clinic now offers its
patients an additional location, at the Schmieding Center,
located at 2422 N. Thompson St. in Springdale. The new
clinic location, a partnership between Washington Regional
and the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, is
open 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday.
