Washington Regional Senior Health
Clinic's mission is to promote healthy
aging by keeping older adults active and
independent for as long as possible.
Located in the Pat Walker Center for Seniors,
the clinic serves patients age 65+ through a
team of geriatric specialists, specialty clinics
and wellness education. As an additional
convenience for our patients, the clinic has
opened another location at the Schmieding
Center in Springdale.
State-of-the-art
geriatric services:
Multidisciplinary Team - Geriatricians,
geriatric nurse practitioners, a neurologist
and nurses with specialized training in
the care of older adults, as well as case
managers, social workers, a gerontologist
and neuropsychologists.
Memory Clinic - Diagnosing and treating
disorders of memory (both self-referral and
physician consultation)
Movement Disorders Clinic - Screening
and treatment available for adults of all ages -
Parkinson's disease, Huntington's disease
Consultative Geriatric Assessment -
Medication review, functional assessment,
psychosocial assessment and falls/balance
assessment
Education and Outreach Services -
