This special publication reflects the results of several months of voting that were collected in the 2016 Best of the Best in Northwest Arkansas. In Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette's larg - est poll to date, it is clear that the public is passionate about supporting businesses that excel in their services, products and quality and they want those businesses to receive recognition for a job well done. Voting started with nominations in July, where voters selected their favorite busi - nesses from every possible business in Northwest Arkansas. In August our read- ers voted on the nominated businesses to reach the winner and two finalists in each category. "To reach the top three in Northwest Ar- kansas is a designation that speaks volumes about the hard work and dedication put into a business every day. After tens of thousands of votes, these businesses stand among the best in this competitive, vibrant area of Northwest Arkansas and this is why it is one of our favorite publications," said Dani Beeman, Business Devel - opment Manager for the Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette. This section is packed with photos and articles about the winning businesses, along with a comprehensive list of the winner and the two finalists. "I think that Northwest Arkansas consumers want to recognize those businesses that go above and beyond in service and quality," Beeman said. "In turn, I see and hear from local business owners who genuinely feel honored and want to show their apprecia- tion for the vote of confidence from their customers."
