hat would your life look like if you had never been a member of
Sigma Chi? Alpha Nu is a place where many of us made our best
friends, met people who later influenced our careers, and shaped our
collegiate experience. When we joined Sigma Chi, it changed our lives.
The power of Sigma Chi cannot be denied. Few among us can say we
weren't impacted in some way by our great Fraternity. It is for this reason
that we endeavor to offer this experience for today's young men through
the Alpha Nu...A Tradition to Build Upon campaign. Building a modern,
functional Chapter House secures our place on UT's campus for decades to
come. It ensures future Alpha Nus will have a place to call home and have
the same transformative experience we did.
Through your generosity, we are on the cusp of reaching $2.3 million raised
toward our $3 million campaign goal. This is a huge accomplishment, but
there is still $787,859 more that must be raised. I know that there are
many causes and initiatives worthy of your support, but I'm asking you
to reinvest in the commitment you made to Sigma Chi upon initiation and
make a gift to the campaign today.

When choosing how to make your gift, directing your gift to the Alpha
Nu House Corporation enhances our flexibility in determining how best to
fund the project. More than half of the gifts received to date have been
made to the Sigma Chi Foundation, while only 42% of the project
cost has been directed to the Alpha Nu House Corporation. If tax
deductibility is not an important consideration, I would urge you to direct
your gift to the Alpha Nu House Corporation.
This campaign is about more than money, it's about the continuation of
the powerful Sigma Chi experience. Our Chapter has existed for more than
130 years; your gift will guarantee it endures for 130 more.
