they're still beautiful. "It's a time for them to strut their stuff
and feel good about themselves," she says. And beyond the
show, she fi nds the foundation's outreach incredibly helpful and
important. "The gratitude is indescribable, and what they do is
such good work," she says.
"It's like the little engine that could. We knew we could do it,"
says Bernheim. "It started with nothing, and it's grown … It's an
incredible network of unbelievable women." n
