C H A P T E R E T E R N A L G ene Grayson '46 of Doylestown, Pa., passed away on May 24, 2017, at 92 years of age. For his service in World War II, he received the American Service Medal, Bronze Star Medal, Good Conduct Medal, and World War II Victory Medal. Gene received his bachelor's degree from Cornell University and was formerly employed as an executive vice president and creative director in the advertising industry for over 40 years. Gene enjoyed playing poker, collected early American antiques, liked refinishing furniture, and hunting for rare books. He was a lifelong Yankees fan, fond of good scotch, hated pre- tense, and had a killer wit. Gene will be missed by all who knew him.
