Inviting Common Space
and Chapter Room
Space for our brothers to feel welcome at the fraternity house
is important. Common space that allows for fraternal fellow-
ship and a chapter room that can host the entire group for a
meeting is highlighted in the lower level and first floor of the
building.
Student Safety
Student safety is the number one priority of the house cor-
poration. is new facility will provide a structurally sound
building with an adequate fire sprinkler and alarm system to
keep our brother safe and provide peace of mind to alumni
and parents.

"I am truly excited that, as alumni, we are again given a chance to be in-
volved in a very meaningful way in the ongoing success of our fraterni-
ty at Oregon State. For many years now our chapter has been going from
strength to strength. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the physical
plant. This presents us as the alumni members with a personal opportunity
to leverage the current strengths of our fraternity by putting a new chapter
house in place that truly serves the needs of our chapter, provides it with a
solid home for an even brighter future, and secures our legacy."
