New Style of Living
With a strong live-out model, it allows us to provide a more
comfortable space to those students who live in, which leads
to a more desirable living experience inside the fraternity
house. More spacious rooms with adequate amenities for
modern living are a priority in the design.
Educational Space Opportunities
To keep up with the demands of the academic programs at
OSU, providing space and the technology needed for our un-
dergraduate brothers to succeed is a strength of this design.
Private study rooms and group space with access to technolo-
gy can be seen throughout the building and allows ALL of our
members the opportunity to utilize the fraternity house for a
learning environment.
